A whole flotilla of the largest sailboats from around the world, together with the Russian sails of the Sedov,Kruzenstern and the frigates Mir and Nadezhda plan to cross the Black Sea twice and stay for four days in the picturesque cities of Varna, Novorossiysk, Sochi and Constanta. The main purpose of the sailing regatta is to attract young people to study marine professions, naval traditions, popularize this type of recreation, As sailing and sea tourism in the Black Sea basin and strengthening of good neighborly relations between maritime powers.
