The corvette NRP Honório Barreto (F485) was built at the Bazán shipyard in Spain and launched in April 1970. It was commissioned into the Portuguese Navy on April 15, 1971. It was decommissioned and sold for scrap to the metalworking company RAPLUS in 2011.
