IRIS Deylaman (78) is a frigate belonging to the Moudge-class that became part of the Iranian Northern Fleet in the Caspian Sea in November 2023.
Deylaman is a 1,500-ton vessel that was conceived, produced, and categorized in Iran as a destroyer. The naval vessel is armed with eight anti-ship missiles, a quantity replicated in comparison to its elder counterparts, and features a comprehensive domestically produced radar, the Eagle eye phased array antenna.
Deylaman is the fifth destroyer within the Mouge class. The ship commenced its operational duty on November 27 at Anzali port with the Iranian Navy.
