In Gibraltar, the giant hotel-yacht of the company SunBorn is being prepared for launching. Currently, the five-star floating hotel-beauty hotel is being completed in Malaysia, but by the end of 2013 it will have to accept the first visitors to the Gibraltar pier called Ocean Village Marina.

In order for the 142-meter yacht to reach its destination on its own, it will be equipped with power units. The company-owner of «SunBorn» hopes that thanks to buoyancy such a unique vessel can be used at the Olympic Games or the World Cups.

In a hotel on the water, which claims to be the most luxurious hotel in the Mediterranean, there will be almost 190 rooms. The cost of the cabins will range from two hundred to two thousand dollars per night. The price of construction of the floating hotel-yacht is 130 million pounds sterling.
